A project management application tracks the execution of business processes within an organization. Multiple views are available to highlight different facets of projects. The views graphically show task dependencies, milestones, and potential bottlenecks. Processes and tasks can be created and modified by interacting directly with the views. In this drawing, tasks are represented by rectangles. A person is assigned to each task, and lines between tasks represent dependencies, where one task completion may influence the completion of another task. A horizontal bar at the bottom of each task indicates how close it is to completion.
