Description

Tom Sawyer Software is hiring for the position of Sales Operations Specialist. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for preparing Sales documents, such as quotes and sales orders, maintaining prospect and customer data in the Company’s Information Systems, and helping to improve our Sales processes to increase efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities Qualifications
  • Prepare Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and other Sales documents
  • Update and maintain Sales files according to the established Company file structure
  • Coordinate the contract renewal process by scheduling meetings with internal staff and customers, and tracking status
  • Review existing Sales processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and complete data in the CRM system
  • Administer the Sales Commission Process by tracking design win revenue, quota credit and quota payments
  • Support Inbound and Outbound Lead generation activities
  • Liaise with the Finance department and Legal staff on contract renewals, new sales, and billing
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to carefully update system designs, update processes, and help drive completion of operational projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a sales support role
  • Experience working with customer relationship management systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Passionate about process development and improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
