Every 15 minutes, Google captures the world's news into the Global Database of Events, Language, and Tone (GDELT). We have used the power of Tom Sawyer Perspectives to visualize terabytes of data from the GDELT Global Knowledge Graph. During the Analytics and Data Summit on March 20–22, 2018 in California, attendees will see a unified view combining geospatial information and network topologies with timelines, link analysis, and maps.

Kevin Madden, Chief Software Engineer and recognized graph visualization expert, will present the GDELT Global Knowledge Graph. He will give an insider's view on the challenges and technologies used to filter, visualize, and analyze a massive data lake stored on the Oracle Bare Metal Cloud.
End users, such as cyber threat investigators and intelligence analysts, can use this application built on Tom Sawyer Perspectives to save results back to the Oracle Spatial and Graph database.
Presentation: March 22 at 9:00 a.m. — Analyze the Global Knowledge Graph with Visualization, Cloud, and Spatial Technology
Last year's keynote speaker, Mark Rittman, interviewed Kevin about his Twitter demonstration that visualized Mark's IoT connected tea kettle. To listen to the Drill to Detail podcast, click here.
