Flows are represented by a definitive set of starts, ends, and intervening states and transitions. A flow can range from the biological process of insulin production to the supply chain and assembly of a Mars rover. Using Tom Sawyer Perspectives graph and data visualizations, users can understand the relationships between steps as well as identify the potential impact of changes. They can then analyze the flow in an effort to identify the fastest or cheapest path, maximize throughput, or improve procedures.
