Description

Tom Sawyer Software is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Web Technologies Engineer in Riga, Latvia. As a member of the Product Development team, this person will design, develop, and test Tom Sawyer data visualization technologies.

Primary Responsibilities: Qualifications: Develop and maintain data visualization software Work closely with the architectural team to refine requirements and designs Implement software components Test software to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards Collaborate with the documentation team to produce clear and accurate product documentation Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree Minimum of two years of software development experience Experience with software design Proficiency in Java Expertise in the GWT application framework Knowledge of JavaScript Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills Clear, confident and succinct oral and written communication skills Fluency in both written and spoken Latvian and English Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job
