Role at Tom Sawyer Software
Patric joined Tom Sawyer Software as the Systems Administrator in 2017. He oversees the Helpdesk and helps to manage all aspects of the IT Department. Primary duties include new user setup and onboarding, end-user device management, Virtual Environment management and configuration, firewall and security management, end-user troubleshooting and Helpdesk assistance, and Windows and Linux server configuration, patching, and management.
Working Background
Since moving to California from his home state of Minnesota Patric was previously employed at the world-famous Gump's department store in San Francisco as a Sytems Administrator. Prior to moving to California Patric was a field service technician for a number of small Point of Sale companies in and around the Twin Cities.

Patric holds a certificate in PC/LAN Technologies from Brown College, Mendota Heights, MN. Deans list, Class of 2000.
